Hi,
I'm quitting my current job and going back into the field as a remote/mobile computer technician. It's been several years (6+). I'm good on tools, equipment and technical know-how. I'm a little out of date on the best applications and software I should have with me at all times. Even though I have (and know) the essentials, I wouldn't mind hearing what you all carry with you on the job and if you use the portable version vs an executable. Would prefer only responses from people who are or have been mobile techs recently, but all advice is welcomed! Thanks.
